Hardtop owners - Leak Check

I used to get leaks on the passenger and driver's side of my 2012 sport. Would make the floor Matt's wet. I readjusted the freedom tops and made sure not to over-tighten the rear screws. I was told to much tension on those screws causes the front seals to bow up, letting in water. I used to tighten those screws as much as I could get them. After loosening them, I never had another leak again. Just checked after Sandy ripped through here. Still bone dry.
I have 2012 JK, discovered my drivers side flooded after a big rain, took it back to the dealer. They replaced the seals on the freedom top. Big rain last night and the drivers side was soaked again. Going back to the dealer again....
My 2012 JKU has been back 10 times for water and air leaks. Every seal replaced some twice and three windshields later, still water on drivers door and a wind whistle that will drive you insane. Had folks from Detroit come down and they asked if I wanted another one. I said NO because I would get nothing for my mods and have to start over. It's a Jeep my wife says, I would suggest to enjoy it but I am disappointed.
how bad does your hardtop leak and in what locations, if you know... i've been checking under my floor mats and the carpet seems dry...
my hardtop only leaks a little in the front center area right above the stereo... it's very little though, just a few drips even after a hard rain. I have a 2011 two door btw

2013 2 door and I've had leaks on both sides now. The funny thing is it doesn't do it all the time and seems to happen weather it's raining hard or just drizzling ... It's starting to get annoying , yeah I know it's a JEEP, it's rugged and all that but the bottom line is it's still a $34,000 vehicle and totally unacceptable ... Quality control Mother Mopar, HELLO !
