Thanks , my Canadian bro. I live 30 minutes from th peace bridge , I go to Canada all the time. It's the best part of living in Buffalo. My big worry with the Boxster is there have been major engine problems reported on Porsche sites. I'm talking about low mileage cars. I fell like it's not a matter of if I have engine problems , bit when.

Default Boxster and jeep

I would keep your boxster too and get the new wrangler as well. I have both and like to switch it up every now and then.

you're asking THIS group if you are crazy?
Just remember that the Jeep is just the down payment on the mods, and you will be fine.
you will not regret your foray into the Jeep world.

I know, I am a mod nut. Allready made some purchases. My wife is great , she actually understands my obsession with " personalization " with my vehicles. When I say " personalization " instead of mods , she doesn't say anything. It sounds more important.

"Crazy" is subjective... to us here, you're not crazy at all... to your Porsche-owning friends, you're an absolute lunatic!

You're not crazy at all... though I'll caution you that you WILL soon be crazy: Most of us on here suffer from "mod-fever," and it's spreading!

Welcome to the Jeep brotherhood.

To answer your question, NO, you are not crazy.
Good point Robar-

It was a bit of a shock (the loss of giddeup and handling) after driving a snazzy sports car for about a year
What the hell was I thinking during that time---> I'm a Jeep girl for peats sake!!!
... I don't look back---> not for a second.
It was a cool and fun car though...but not a JEEP!
