Try this: take a coffee can or whatever and fill it up with baking soda and poke huge holes in the top once the top and doors/windows are in. It will suck up any moisture in the jeep, works pretty well. And I'd leave it like that all winter, mabe in the back or something. But yeah washing the carpets is the only immediate remedy

Ok thanks for all the help ill try getting rid of this prob after the hurricane passes because it will prob be getting soaked again anyways
