Default horrible service

so my jeep has been at dodge/jeep for a whole week to replace a clutch. every day its... tomorrow. book time for the clutch r&r is 3.5 hrs. so i guess i have a lube tech fixin my 35000$ jeep. really pissed off and tired of drivin a POS grand chrokee that drinks more gas than my jk.. oh plus payin a 5$ a day 9/11 fee for loaner. and just paid the jeep payment. i guess the dealer thinks i have more money than they do. not happy at all and if anyone from the dealer is readin this i hope you relay the message to tom.

Dude, sucks to hear! I have had shitful service/experiences from EVERY dealer I've been to in North Jersey! They ALL suck ballz! That's another one to add to my list! I had a service manager at a dealership tell me that he was denying my warranty claim because I called him to complain that it was ridiculous to take 3 days to replace my intermediate shaft!

Yeah, service departments can be a pain. Once I had my JK in the shop to fix a busted fender flare:

Day 1 -- no work got done.

Day 2 -- no work got done and now I was pissed.

Day 3 -- no work got done so I took it to someone else and it only took them a rough hour.

I feel for ya.

my first clutch/tob took 15 days. dealer paid for rental

my second clutch/tob took 21 days. dealer paid for the renal.

The part I was most pissed about was the fact that it still had the defect after all that.

It is a waste of time having this tsb done. The factory parts are complete garbage. How they screwed the 6 speed up from TJ to JK is beyond me.

My 09 does the same thing so they've been making them for 3 years with garbage parts that lead to a known defect. When they released the TSB it covered vehicles they were yet to make. What kind of BS is that? only in a Jeep.
