Ordered mine today. Hit 88 in El Paso today and it felt like my head was on fire. I can't imagine what 105-110 will feel like this summer. Those liners will get a test this summer.

Nice day to put in my Hot Head liners. Very easy and they look great. Now hopefully my brain won't fry when it's 100+ degrees outside.

Hey mark! You have a distributor in Dubai? JKs are extremely popular here, and summer is like 120's+. its only 100ish now and the inside of my top burns my hand after stopping to get gas. If you guys can't help i might have to park it and drive -ulp- my wife's volvo this summer.

Make your own ! ... I have a 2012 JK ... Took my time to make an accurate thick paper a template .
Cut a 4 mm reinforced cardboard board (don't know what it's called, but it's the same kind they use on door panels) ...
Get 6 mm closed cell polyurethane foam (sounds complicated but it's the same material used to insulate pipes, A/C ducts etc... comes in tubes and in sheets of different thicknesses... sometimes even with a very strong adhesive peel back)
It is non flammable, doesn't absorb any water or moisture and has excellent temperature and sound insulation properties (used in sound studios)
https://www.google.com.eg/search?q=a...w=1366&bih=682

Glue it to the board and cover with the fabric of your choice with a spray on glue like "BISON" ... You may pull and staple the excess fabric in the back for a perfect fit.

Total cost : under 50 $ ... 6 pieces (including sides) ...
Heat insulation : Perfect
Noise insulation : Amazing

Mark, when you post the slightly damages to your website could you let us know here that you've done so? Thanks!
