How to clean bedlined rims?
Normally soap and water does the trick, but my jeep got kinda dirty this weekend with all the rain (and "accidentally" turning down dirt roads to have a little fun getting dirty). Does normal rim cleaner work with bedlined rims? Don't want to try, and it ruin them...
The pic was taken after I tried soap, water, and a brush.

I would try simple green and a green scotch brite pad. When I used to race dirt bikes, the simple green practically melted the dirt off of everything, and I used the scotch brite to get the stains out of the bare aluminum frame. Just use a little pressure, don't lean into it.

Ok ummmm. I can tell u from experience of being a dealer of professional Bedliners and over five years of spraying professional Bedliners that all these purple cleaners and harsh chemicals are gonna ruin the finish. Yeah it looks good when u first spray it but anytime dirt comes in contact with a pore type surface like Bedliner, it's gonna find any little spot to Bury itself in and u will never get it clean. Hints why I haven't bedlined my grill or wheels. I'm honestly surprised none of u have experienced an off weight wheel because depending on how much u spray it can get heavy. Back on subject. The best advice I can give u is use a back to black cleaner or a nice satin black rattle can spray paint. These will get ur finish back but this will only temporarily solve ur problem. And yes spray paint will stick to Bedliner and will last longer than back to black cleaners but u will eventually have to re spray them. Just my 2 cents.
