I just realized this turned in to a thread hijack debate about credit cards...all we have established is that Jeepin sho ain't cheap!
this thread is becoming I make more money then you do so I don't need a card thread lol I guess I'll just stick to cash payments. But to have thins in life guys you gotta have credit!!!!! So how are they scams?
Not really, actual credit should be used in case of an emergency, not something to constantly live off; living within you means sucks sometimes but living beyond your means sucks even worse.
Good for those who don't like, or are afraid to have, a credit card, and therefore don't have one. That's a wise decision.
Good for those who like to have a credit card, don't carry a monthly balance, don't pay fees for it, want it for their own convenience, and therefore have one. That's also a wise decision.
Back to the point of the thread...
I pay for my jeep stuff, (and almost everything else), with my credit card. It has a small credit limit, and gets settled each month.

I saved up and paid cash for my Jeep. I have a credit card with no fees that I use and pay off monthly. I listen to Dave Ramsey and read his books and think he has great ideas, but I don't follow everything to a tee. I don't think it is fair to bust on people who don't incur any fees from using credit cards wisely while you are driving a bank financed 2012 JKU. Glass houses and all that.
