Poll of how long everyone plans on keeping their JK....

 

At the moment, we are planning at least until the warranty runs out. Then we will make up our minds on if we want to keep it until the wheels come off or trade it in on a new one.

I plan on at least keeping it untill it is paid off. Then it will go in the garage and become 100% play toy or get traded. Let's see how this thing holds up.

 

I honestly dont know.... If Jeep Pickup would come out, or a 2 door Unlimited came out I'd trade in and grab one.

I voted "until the wheels fall off", but that is only 1/2 right. My son is going in the Coast Guard after he graduates high school. I'm going to give this one to him, he drives it all the time anyway, and buy another one for me.

 

I am with Rupe here in a way. I bought it planning on if I like it keeping it till the wheels fall off. Now that I have owned it for a while I am not so sure. I might keep it till it has reached the point I can trade it in on a new one and not lose out. My reason is simple while I love my jeep there are a few things I would have gotten or not gotten now that I have owned one. It is all a matter of do I want to get a new one exactly like I want it or keep this one. I might just end up keeping this one giving it to the wife and ordering one just like I want it because she is happy with the jeep now I am the one with the minor wants.

 

My plan right now is to give it to the two year old when he is old enough drive, I figure by then I'll be ready for a new one. Then I guess I will have to find another used one when the 7 month old is ready to drive.
