I do it every 1500 miles.

Lube:

(you won't have any of this if you are stock)
Track bar Johnny Joint
Teraflex Control Arms
Aftermarket tie rod/drag link ends
JKS discos

Torque to spec:
Front Lower Control Arms - 125 ft lbs.
Front Upper Control Arms - 80 ft lbs.
Front and Rear Trackbar both ends - 130 ft lbs.
All rear control arms - 125 ft lbs.
Make sure discos are on tight.

I do not check torque spec on the tie rod/drag link as mine are aftermarket and have castle nuts on them.

Sh!T can i take it to a 4WD shop every 3000 miles for them to do all that i can't manage lol imma perfectionist and id try every day to check.

It really depends on the severity of use. If you submerge your Jeep on a regular basis, then you need to follow a much more frequent maintaince schedule than what's in the owner's manual.
