55 here. Third Jeep. Started with a '93 YJ, then a '03 Rubi TJ, and now my '08 Rubi JKU.
Wife goes on all trail rides. She has a '07 Grand Cherokee but I can't convince her to modify it any.
Our 3 sons (all grown up now) all got hooked on the off-road experience and have their own (dedicated) rigs (mine is my DD).
Can't go wrong with a Jeep or two in the family....excellent way to enjoy vacation times together.

Can a JK be comfortable enough to be a daily Driver?before i bougth my house i was driving my jk to work 71miles one way. i didnt mind that at all, other than the gas i spent it was all good. I am 24 years old married and i have a son thats 1.5 years old. all of us love it. there are sometimes when my son is being fuzy i put him in the drivers seat and he would have a blast for at least 45min. and i guess i could say my 2door jk IS MY TOY but also keep in mind that i have a dd 1993 honda accord and a 2006 jeep commander 4x4 W/ M/Ts (my family Van)

56 here. It's my DD. It is definitely refined enough for that.

Had a Liberty. It was the most reliable car I ever had, but I always wanted a Wrangler.

Picked this one up in October, It has 5,000 miles now and no regrets. I am feeling the need to explore now.
