How old are you and which JK do you drive?

Thanks
Good grief! What does age have to do with anything. If you are capable of handling anything you enjoy then go out and enjoy it.

I ride a super mod 2004 Harley Softail Heritage, and am on my 9th set of floorboards. I roar around on my quard and plow snow with it as fast as I can push it. My 2012 Dodge Diesel (working on the mods) will rip around a 35 mph corner at 79 mph. I've taken my 2007 Honda Goldwing GL 1800 up to 135 mph before I came into the first corner, off of a straight stretch. Just bought a cherry (used) 2008 JK and this will be the first vehicle I will roll over if I don't start pressing lighter on the gas pedal. I love "speed" and anything else that will give me a thrill, a rush. I carry no passengers when I know I'll be pushing things past the limit. I won't speed if there is traffic.

I'll find a road and chase it until I come to another one. I've had 39 orthopedic operations ~ need one more on my left shoulder and one each on both knees. My back is fused, my left wrist and thumb are fused solid and I only have one bone connected to my right wrist. I spent five years in Nam and would go back again, just for the rush.

My 2012 Mercedes shows it will go 160 mph and I've had it up to 150 in Montana last summer. It will go from 0 - 60 in 3.7 seconds. What a thrill!

I love life and can't wait for all my accessories for my JK. I'm up each morning at 5:30 A.M. and to bed around mid-night. I'll get up at 2 A.M. if I can't sleep ~ go out to my shop and work on "something" while my fire is burning, coffee pot is full, micro-wave is working and my stereo is shaking the walls in my shop.

But back to age and driving a JK - I think I have everybody on this forum beat, age wise, which is a darn proud 69 years young as of the 8th of this month. Mentally I'm stuck in the 25 years old era and hopefully I die just as wild as I now live.

Don't ever retire and end up playing Bingo or plop down in your recliner and nap all day long. Get up, move, live ~ Be Free!
