Default nice try

Hummers are better offroad and have lots of room.

Their IFS system does wonders on the trail.
If wanted a P.O.S. GM with a IFS i would have kept my trailblazer

Just sold my 2 door and bought a 4 door. I LOVE the room! My kids LOVE having their own doors. I'm looking forward to hitting the trails once the snow melts this summer. I've watched lots of videos with the 4 doors doing well on tough obstacles. Can't wait to to see for myself. No regrets for me so far!

Ditto! Just traded my 2 door and my girls love their own doors/bigger seat and I love the extra cargo space. I've only had it for a month now and have only been on one trail ride with 9 others that were a mixture of 2 and 4 doors, most with lift and bigger tires. Mine is bone stock and kept up with them with verly little effort.

I've wheeled my four door on 33s with TORN's two door on 35s at Disney, Fins and Things, White Rim Trail, Poison Spider Mesa, etc. The only times I didn't keep up with him (took the bypass) was something that psyched me out, not a limitation of my Jeep (in fact, my Jeep's LWB was better equipped for these particular obstacles). We're headed back to Moab in late April and he wants to tackle Elephant Hill. It's well-known for requiring lots of multi-point turns, and I think that's why he wants my four door out there. LOL. But, we're also headed for three days on White Rim Trail--and it will be my four door that is carrying most of the gear, food and water!

Historical data for used prices? My 93 YJ wasn't that cheap and I had the 2.5l 4 cyl that couldn't get out of it's own way.
