Hummer H4 to compete with Wrangler?

They are supposed to make an open top hummer next year, i believe it is an h3, saw a write up in car&driver or one of the big 3 mags recently...
Could GM be losing h3 sales with the 4 dr jk release??? nah, could not be that reason...

Don't get all defensive. I bought my 94 yj new. I kept it twelve years. I logged 220,000 miles on it. It was my daily ride. My weekends were pretty much spent running the back trails in summer, spring, and fall. Don't get me started about deer season! When it was totaled two weeks ago I never even considered anything but a jeep. However, having said that I'm not some automaton. I'm a working man. Chrysler needs to earn my dollar.

It's OK. I'm sure it'll appeal to lots of people.
Say what you will about Hummers, but they're well-executed for the public. Most people don't care about real offroading, and that goes for a hell of a lot of Jeepers too.

I think the general public is going to love that thing... if they make it. Looks like an El Camino in a way to me.
