I got scammed!
First contact him and threaten to file the Paypal dispute. Filing the dispute is the last thing you want to do. It can take up to 3 months for the dispute to settle and the seller has that entire time to send you the merchandise instead of refund the money.
Usually they will respond to the threat. Ask for tracking numbers and specific info.
If he says hes still getting the items wait no more than 3 days and email again. If no response email again threatening to file dispute. If he doesn't give you a tracking number or some verifiable information tell him you are filing the dispute and then do it.
I believe you get 15 days to solve it on your own or you can accelerate it to a full blown dispute. That takes up to 60 days at which point the seller can still deliver the item and it will be resolved.
I had a similar problem. I bought Rubi wheels and tires off Ebay and could only get the seller to work with me when I threatened with a dispute. Good luck and keep us posted.
Oh and WHATEVER you do DO NOT close the dispute until you either get your money back or the satisfactory receipt of your item. If you close the dispute thats it... it cant be reopened.

I did open a dispute with pay pal and the seller has till June 18th to give a tracking number to paypal on June 19th I will recieve my money back if pay pal has not heard from the seller. I didn't even threaten him I just went straight to paypal. The seller advertised "10 available" like he had the items on hand said nothing about having to order them. That is false advertising!

Unless you know it's a scam, I think you're being a little premature in your action. There are reasons why you cannot contact someone for two weeks; illness, vacation, family emergency, etc.
I'm not saying I wouldn't be angry if I was in your position, just be patient, then take appropriate action if need be.

The seller e-mailed me telling me that he would refund me my money as soon as he can get ahold of paypal. No reason why, not that it really matters. Now I get to search for new wheels.
