Default Identify this part!! (from ProComp 4" Kit)

Can you ID this part? It came with my 4" ProComp lift kit and I don't know what it is. There was nothing in the instructions about it and I can't seem to figure it out. Anyone that has this kit; what'd you do with it? It came in my '07 kit and came in my step-father's '08 kit

Thanks.

Actually, that's what I thought it was too but I couldn't find where it mounted.

Looks like those two bolt holes on the left in that first pic are right close to 4" apart. I'd say it was a spacer of some sort to drop something down.

I would have to agree with you but there's nothing in the instructions about installing it anywhere...

You could always go out on a trail, do some hard driving and get some good flex going. When something, breaks, bends, grinds, etc. there you go. No doubt when you look at the broken area you will say "yep, this piece could go right there and would have prevented that."

Or if you want to be all lame and unadventurous you could call the manufacturer.

did you contact pro comp and ask what the.....? and where the ......? and if they cant help you well you dont need it. track bar relocation mount brace??? looks like it could mount on the drivers side of the track bar relocation braket and bolt to the lower shock tower mount. did you have any left over bolts? never mind it also looks like it could be a power steering gear box protecter. well hell now im just guessing go back to first sugestion.
