If you're already pre-approved...seriously try Costco's Auto Program. You can get into a brand new sport for a lot less than that. I just found out about it a few months ago and will be buying a 2012 Rubicon through them.

I priced out a 2011 Rubicon with options. Looked at dealer prices online to compare. You save between $3k to 5k at least. No joking.

Never heard about the costco deal sounds good though...,., BUT if you're doing it thru a dealer go in with the mind set you will walk away.... Always play minimum
2 dealerships I play with 3.
Walk in and tell them straight up "I'm not here to waste your time so don't waste mine with back n forth bidding/prices- give me your bottom dollar price on the jeep.... I'm dead serious about buying one.... and I will be going to another dealership to see who really wants my business and future references"
I've had great success with saying those 3 things... and take days to work out the best price and dealership. It's ok to show them you want the jeep badly BUT you ain't going to over pay for it. I'm 43yrs old and I've learned alot over the years buying cars.... Most of them all brand spanking new..... Good luck.

Yeah the Costco auto program gives the buyer something like $275 under invoice price.

Just found one in the next town over from where I work. Asking $31,960. Only things different from the other one I was looking at are it doesn't have side airbags or Sirius, but it does have the Infinity speakers with sub. I don't care about Sirius cuz I have a unit already and don't want to part with it because I have the boombox unit which is awesome for the beach. Gonna give them a call and see how low the're willing to go.

So I called and asked the dealer what the best they could do was on the latest one I posted. He called back and said it was $30,082. A difference of $1,878.

So, nobody is budging on price. Lowest anybody would go was just over 30K which is basically invoice. So I went to try to get the original JK that I posted in this thread. SURPRISE! The discount is all of the rebates that I DON'T qualify for.
