Here's my shelf, second version I've done. This one based off the one that Robar posted the link to. It's very secure and once I figure out how to lock my back seat, I can place stuff in there with no risk of it being stolen.

Just Build your own.. thats what i did mounts to the rear seat bolts and the rear roll bar holds more weight than most out there (approx 250 Ibs or 1x 6' 245 Lbs Son) and cost $80 in material....

I have the Kilby rack. The two front legs are held by the seatbelt anchor bolts. One needs to drill a hole in each side of the sport bar for the rear supports. Nice rack. The soft top sits a bit higher when folded down. Not too bad though.

I run a Hardtop and never remove it, so no worries there. Would you have any photo's of it installed ?

Also, what are your thoughts on the rack, is their anything your not happy with or would liked to see changed ? (fit, finish, side rail hight, etc)

When I installed it last spring I still had the hardtop on. It helped to unbolt the hardtop and lift each side and block it with a 4x4 when drilling the sport bar and securing the bolts for the rear mount. Give me about 30 min to go take some pics.

Edit.

I like the expanded metal "floor" versus a solid piece. Sometimes I wish it could flip up like the Rampage rack does. It is pretty solid. I've had 25 gallons (10 x 2.5 gal containers) of water loaded on it no problem. At 8 lbs a gallon that's 200 pounds. The side rails are 4" high and you can place a tie down or a bungee pretty much anywhere along the perimeter. Reaching in to get something from right in back of the seats can be a pain. Worse if the Jeep is still stock height. After I had the Jeep lifted it was easier. Hope this helps.

Crappy cell phone pic disclaimer.

From the rear, turned out grainy.

From the front

This is the rear mount to the sport bar. It is rainy and overcast here today so I used a flashlight to shed some light.
