Jeep 101... Wave at other JEEPS!

Jeep 101... Wave at other JEEPS!
Ok, so what the heck has happened to the long standing tradition of waving to other Jeeps? I recently upgraded from my old YJ to a JK and I now get almost no fraternal waves returned... what am I missing?

I got pissed off at a jeep that didn't wave today. I had the wife and kids in the car and I threw him the finger!! My wife said why do you get like that when they don't wave back!?):$&

I'm almost to the point of flying the middle finger at every jeep. Why not? Maybe then I will at least get a reaction from the "fellow" jeep comrades!?

There's some hate on the JK. I had a TJ ride my ass through town the other day then as he passed me he gave me a dirty look and cut me off. His jeep was beat to hell. Mines well taken care of and sicker than his. They're just jealous I guess.

I understand how BurnDoubt feels and sometimes just want SOME reaction, but also agree that if we all keep trying we may just be able to save the jeep wave!

Yep, I'm about 2 for 12 in return waves over the weekend. I can understand in the winter when everythin is buttoned up. But when I"m rolling no doors or top and your rollin no doors and top... WAVE BACK I'm ROLLING ON 35" YOU ARE NOT.
Anyway my theory is everyone is on the phone, texting or thinking about being on the phone, or thinking about texting or facebook or twitter and can't wave back..
Only thought in my head is man is this fun and where else can I go to drive more and what mod is next
