I know a few here have gotten their jeeps from Jeep Warehouse. I was just wondering how the whole experience was. I havent been able to find a better price anywhere. The 08 4dr Rubi we are looking to get comes out to $31,121 + $250 to ship. If its really as good as it sounds, why dont more people get their jeeps from there. I have emailed with Bill Shoemaker and he seems really nice. I would really love any feed back on info you guys have on the whole thing.

 

I have not dealt with them, but my dealer will match their price on a Rubicon if I order it from the factory. No such luck for one already on the lot.

 

I wasted 6 months waiting for them to get a Rubi and then got my money back and bought one the next day off the lot. I don't think they have enough sales to get you your Jeep.

 

Personally, I would use them to push the price down w/a local dealer like was previously stated

AFA waiting 6 months go. I assume they are like any other dealer and custom orders wait for forever. At least for me it was 5 months when I ordered locally...

 

This is something we are definitely going to do. We have the "window sticker" printed out and ready to go.

I think I would go crazy having to wait over 6mo. We have a road trip in mid Apr. It would be nice to have it for then.

 

So far my experience with Bill has been good and I went with them after reading positive things online, and after visiting a couple dealers without much inventory. However, I'm expecting delivery in the next week after ordering last June so for me, the wait has sucked. Originally I was told a few months but its turned into 7+ months. Other than the wait, the process so far has been positive. Edit : this is/was for a rubi, mygig, dual tops, side airbags, etc (all the things that are known to delay an order).

 

When I ordered my Rubicon Unlimited in August I had a quote from Jeep Warehouse with me when I went to the dealer. I paid $94 over the JW quote which seemed like a reasonable deal as I didn't have to pay the additional shipping.
From order to my door - 154 days. It probably would have been about the same with JW. I was happy with my deal and got everything I wanted.
