exactly! Not sure what you would do to make it require more air other than more stroke/bore

aside from ramming it in via turbo or super.

reminds me of the viper throttle body saga. they say a bigger throttle body won't alow more air.

well does not a larger garden hose alow more water, could i not fill a bottle faster if the hole at the top was bigger.

I realize there are many other factors like pressure and volume

plus if our little T/B doesn't need to open all the way, the viper one would be a waste but our 3.8 has room for improvment.
