Might be. I wonder if they're considering a 4cyl for it. Maybe just the 2dr 'cause I don't think the 4dr would do too well with it. I guess if geared properly it'd do alright, but we're complaining about a V6 now, I can only imagine if there were a 4cyl in it.

With many people dumping large SUV's that get 10-14 mpg, the JK might just be a HUGE improvement.
If you take a jump from say 12mpg to 17-20mpg it can make a difference in things.
My other daily driver is a 99 Tahoe. The JK is a slight improvement in fuel economy. I still drive the tahoe more because it is paid for and has a bazillion miles on it though.
