Default JK for plowing snow

I am looking at putting a six and half foot blade on the JK. has anyone used the jk for plowing what gear did you install and how does it work. my fear is that the jeep may be a bit light but it has a great turning radius. 2 dr 08.

It would be a lot warmer than my 4 wheeler that's for sure. I would imagine they would do fime witht he short wheelbase. I get a kick out of the guys that have crewcab duallys to plow their driveways (non commercial) they must have one hell of a time in small driveways? Years ago, CJs' always had plows

Must be because of the electronic sway bar disconnect.

JK was definitely not designed to move snow. A 1/2 ton pickup will move 10x more snow than this. That being said, it will push snow.

The jk is great for plowing your driveway....It's nice and warm inside and can turn on a dime., sure beats an ATV or snowblower.
My best mod I bought so far! I have an auto with a 3.73 gear ratio and have no problems what so ever.
