I vote for the LineX coating. It does look much better.

The coating I was talking about is:

Herculiner UV Topcoat Protectant
1 US Quart (0.946L)

·Virtually Eliminates Dulling Caused by Sunlight & UV Rays
·Restores Shine to weathered Herculiner Bed Liners
·Easy to Apply, Quick Drying, Superior Protection

BUT it only comes in black.

 

Ive never had good luck with the DIY coatings. Line X or nothing for me in the future.
