Default Lod

Ok, last time I started a thread on LOD it had mixed reviews.

I am writing today to praise them and apologize for being so harsh last time.

I've had my bumpers on for a month and I love them, no other bumper i've seen can touch these things. Plus I rarely see anyone with the same thing that I have. Secondly, i had an oopsy with my bumper (totally my mistake) and needed a replacement part. I called today and they are sending the part to me FREE OF CHARGE.

Bottom line, LOD is great to work with, I had hick ups with delivery delays, But at the end of the day they make an amazing product and I'm more than proud to have them mounted on my baby. Sorry to the guys at LOD for the harsh words.

I can't complain about the service, they sent me a Trailer Safety Chain plate to mount on my bumper FREE of charge! Only issue I had was the rear bumper coating was chipped off, but I have touched it up a little. Great product and get lots of people asking about them! I just need to save some Scratch to get the LoD rock sliders.

Glad to hear that your issue was resolved. My rear bumper/tire carrier should be almost done.

Default I am very pleased.

I just had the LOD Front Mid-Width and the LOD Rear Shorty installed last week and I am very pleased. The textured powder coat is far superior to some products out there.
LOD

I won't even mention

now... its been around 4 weeks, called 3 times and talked to chris about my emblems that were not sent originally.. they have yet to come and they were supposedly shipped 2 weeks ago
called last week and he said oh... i thought they were sent out.. ill send more right away.. now its over another week. still no loD logos!!! i am freakin pissed. how do u expect to stay in buissness when ur stuff takes half a dam year to ship. i dont get it.. there logos!!! r they forging the metal for them or what.. i really like the sliders, and there bumpers, but my god this sucks. i am really considering another company when its time for bumpers.... on this note off to call chris... AGAIN.

still saving for my LOD mid width, so in the mean time chopping the front bumper and making a shorty using the rough country end caps.
