Top up, windows up, ear plugs, sip water and take ibuprofen as a prophylactic; I'm much less fatigued at the end of the day.
I always combine fuel/food/pee stops. For instance, never get fuel and stop an hour later to use the restroom (if you can all help it). Saves real time at the end of the day.

All the above post are great ideas I drive from texas to pa often so my 2cents is get a cb if you don't already have one it makes it fun to hear the truckers plus they let you know about any cops lurking in the shadows
