Anyone know what it's called or where I can get it??

funny thing is, I am looking at getting some LED driving lights and found this video on how to do it. You will see the tool and how to make it. You can even reuse the old rivets.

Cool ! I just ended up pushing up on the pin with a thin nail tap , works perfect!

Yep. I used a hobby sized phillips screwdriver.
