My neighbor went and traded his '07 Mall crawler X for a New 2012 Rubicon with 4.5" lift, 20" Rockstars, 35" MTRs for his wife. It will never be taken off road.

He had promised me his axles and trans case from his X so I could finally have 4WD, but traded it at midnight last night screwing me over.

No, I'm not laughing at him one bit. I'm just ranting about him trading his jeep before giving me the shit off it I needed and he promised after working my ass off for him all year.

I got a 2WD because it was all i could afford. I'm a broke college kid and I know what I need to do to make it trail worthy.

I don't laugh at the mall crawlers because I know the Wrangler line depends on them as well. I don't laugh at 2WDs because not everyone can afford that couple grand increase.

A couple grand could of been saved by not selecting the "unlimited Sahara" options too ya know?

I needed the 4 door part, and Sahara was the only used Unlimited near me within my Budget. Even the X's were all 18k+. i got my Unlimited Sahara for about 16k at a toyota Dealership. I would have rather had the X so I wouldn't feel bad about trimming fenders.

I'd rather bought an old Jeep with 4x4 than a new 2x4! At least they aren't posing and will actually go off road.
