Hey dude, never heard standard tools referred to as imperial...then again, I don't know everything. Sounds like tools you'd use on the Death Star! I went throuh the same thing. Seems like a combination on these rigs. All suspension parts use metric from I think 17mm on up to 21mm. I used standard sized sockets on the driveshafts. Don't remember about bumper removal...

Read the write-ups of Wayoflife at Project-JK.com

You will need imperial tools: Example: RC 4" lift kit installation

9/16 is getting your 15mm stuff, 13/16 is 21mm and 7/8 is 22mm and works fine on 23mm. its all metric except for added shit. trust me i used to work for chrysler. oh yah they're all made in mexico so i can't see them making it with standard for the us.

I would definitely get both standard and Metric. The main reason is to ensure you get the tightest fit possible to limit rounding off the tight bolts.

Also if you do manage to start to round off a bolt I will try the next size down in the other type and pound it on. This will usually work unless the bolt is really seized up.
