There are too many myths and mis-conceptions about the break-in period and it seems pretty important to do right.
Egmont was saying that the CAI works well. Also, do a thread search for engine break-in; this has been discussed on other threads for sure.

Enjoyed the post 888.........While i'm waiting for the rubi ( dealer said ETA is Mar 8 ) it's good to hear some positive observations , and see some pics.

Glad you enjoyed, Clubber. If your JK comes in on 3/8, that's a good omen, seeing as you'll have a 3.8 liter engine. You must be super excited - every good word you've read on this forum is true, so don't worry about getting your expectations up too high: there's no such thing - you're gonna LOVE it!
