mountain bike rides?

I live on Long Island, New York. and just about the only way to off road here (besides the beach) is to go mountain bikeing. I have a 06 specialized Rockhopper that I put over 500 mils on in two years 90% of that is off road. I had to replace both tubs, and all the back spokes with better one, but outher then that it has been a great bike.

In a couple weeks I'm headed out with Boy Scouts to Slippery Falls Scout Ranch near Tishomingo, OK. We'll be mountain biking on the trails around the ranch.
