Default new guy with a question

The girlfriend just bought a '12 jk, so trying to be a good boyfriend I'm here to learn some stuff on her behalf, LOL.
Anyways, the velcro straps for the sunrider top are nowhere to be found. The dealership says they weren't included with this trim package. Is that even true? It sounds odd.
Anyways, glad to be here. I'm sure this forum is full of knowledgeable and helpful people.

I second this. Tell them to look them up by VIN. If they show up in the Parts Catalog, they came with your Jeep(or should have).

Yeah, that's BS. The velcro straps (and I'm pretty sure the elastic snap straps to roll up the rear window without removing it) are included.

Yes, they come in a kit for around $11.70. PN: 55397259AB

Oh, she knows the jeep wave allright.

So the consensus is that the straps should be there. I guess I'm going back to the stealership and demand satisfaction.
Thanks, guys.

Mine were hidden in the rear floor cubby. Check there by I think that they should be included. Straps for rear window not so sure.

My straps were in a package in the glove box. I had two different straps...one velcro and another set with a button. I assume the other one is for the real window if you want to roll up.
