You guys! Listen to this.
So the case manager from Jeep calls me back and says that she talked to the dealership manager and they agreed that the straps do NOT come with the Jeep. So I said fine, whatever, I just wanted to make sure. Later, my girlfriend calls me to tell me she found the straps in the glove compartment. Seriously, WTF?????
Edit: just wanted to add that I did look for them in the glove box, but I obviously didn't look hard enough.
