Can't say enough about this company. Had a minor glitch with my rock sliders yesterday (manufacturer issue) and within minutes had feedback and a solution. Too bad other companies in this world aren't as proactive with the customer.

Again thank you for you the stellar service. I know where I'm going in the future!

Living in Hawaii a lot of other retailers charge an outrageous amount for shipping... Quadratec... Dave at Northridge gave me a great deal and honest shipping charges, mainlanders don't have to worry about that because free shipping on orders over $100. If you need anything pick up the phone and call them, they'll get you what you need fast, my order was out the door the same day!

Yeah I give N4X4 all my business I can, only time I don't is if I'm after something they simply don't carry. Best prices, and their customer service is top shelf. The other main online retailers don't come close to Northridge as far as great communication and service goes. Northridge has a big following of customers and for very good reason.

I only deal with NR4x4. I've called with problems on installs, getting advice on a upgrade or even sending back a wrong part. Always great service and support!

It usually ships the day you order. I'm in SD and it usually takes 2-3 days max for it to show up, unless its shipped from the manufacturer.

I ordered the EVO protek skids Dec 19, got an emailed invoice the 20. Never got a tracking number, nothing. BUT they took my money already. Guess I'll have to give them a call tomorrow. Thanks for the info.
