Not the first time I've heard of shipping errors...sure it won't be the last either. I'd follow up your phone call with an email or two so you have a good record.

Definitely call them. Somethings ship from the maker. I had stuff ship out and I didn't see it, talked to Eric and he had a tracking number for me right away.

It all depends... for a lot of their products, they're the middle man and some of the parts come straight from the manufacturer. For example, I paid and have been waiting a week and a half for RK to ship my rear upper control arms. Running late because apparently RK didn't get their steel in on time for producing the arms. Is what it is. Northridge sure has great communication regardless.

Yeah I didn't think it should take this long but I thought with the holidays....?? thanks for all the input. I need my skids damn it.

Yeah for my recent order, they mentioned that the holidays did throw things off track a bit late.

The biggest issue with EVo right now is the 12 days of xmas sale we ran for 12% off and the holidays dont help that either. I am sorry for the backlog with evo products right now I know they are trying to get stuff shipped asap.

Just got off the phone with David at Northridge...my skids will be here Wed!! I figured there might be a problem cuz of the holidays and the EVO sale. It was my first order with Northridge and it wont be my last, excellent customer service. They will be my go to vender now when I'm ready to get my RK lift and more!! Thank you David, excellent.
