Default Not happy Bob, NOT HAPPY!

So, last Wednesday I call 4Wheelers supply in Phoenix and schedule to have my Rubicon Express 2" lift installed. They schedule me for this Friday (today) - $529.

Two days later, feeling good about the quote, I stop in their shop and drop $800 or so on a winch mount and winch (tabor 9k). They knew I was sceduled for this Friday so as I leave with my new stuff we both say "see you next Friday".

This morning I drop off the Jeep. Still feeling good, I decide I'd also pickup the JKS disconnects $130.

In all, I just dropped about $1500 on the place, right? So I'm sitting at work, ALL DAY, waiting for them to call me to say "it's ready"....

Five minutes ago I just got the call!!! The guy, (Mike) on the other end says, hey I have bad news... We didn't have time to do your jeep.

Needless to say, I'm pretty pissed off right now. I'm dropping $1500 in the span of a week and they don't have time to do work that was scheduled a full week and a half in advance!!!!

What say you???? Dump em?

UPDATE: After I picked up my jeep and stuff, one of the service reps (Bill) called me back. He wanted to make things right and did. Gave me a 10% discount on the lift and discos and offered to cut labor charges by 50%. I thought it was a very good gesture and took the 10% but since I can't wait to get the lift on so I decided do it myself. I can't say I'm completely happy but the gesture does convince me to give them a second chance...for parts if nothing else... Thanks to 4Wheelers Supply for making the effort... I'll be back.

I feel for you, but I'd say this is in the wrong forum.

You should have done it yourself. Its about a 3 hour job with hand tools. I installed pucks in my rear springs the other day and only took around 30 min total.

Unless they have a better excuse then we didn't have time and they're not willing to do anything for your convenience then yes dump them and return what you can.

LOL....

I have two 6 year old boys who love the Incredibles (cartoon movie). There's a scene where the superhero's civilian boss tells him "I'm not happy Bob. Not Happy!"

I at times channel my boys...
