Olympic Customer service story - with a positive outcome
I bought a set of Olympic 4x4 sliders last year, and one of them developed rust after about 8 months. After one phone call and an e-mail to them showing the rust, they shipped me out a replacement unit very quick without ever asking any of the normal questions of how long I had them or where I bought them, etc. They paid to have the old one shipped back as well. Everyone I spoke with really went out of their way to help, and kept me informaed as to the progress of getting it shipped. It is really a change to have someone actually care about customer service and your business, so I thought I would pass along to everyone else.
Great to hear your story and thanks for sharing! Usually people only share the bad experiences which isn't always far given the fact only half of the story is presented so it's great to hear a "positive outcome" to a customer service story!
