Hey everyone,

My local dealer called me yesterday that they had a dune wrangler that just came in off the transport, since I wanted to see it in person before possibly ordering one. Well, I ended up ordering a 2013 2 Door Sport S! This is my first brand new vehicle for myself but technically "my" second JK as my now ex-wife had a 2010 that I've met a few of you with on the trails. Here's the build sheet and a few pics of the Sahara they had since there aren't a lot of pics of this color yet.

This was a cool process as I got to watch as the order was put in the computer and all my options were selected. Can't wait for a VIN! I've already ordered the trucklite LED headlight/ Rigid dually package deal from Northridge. Glad to have one of my own on the way!

Let me know what you think of the color, with the black soft top and black fenders I think the contrast will look awesome.

Thank You
Andrew

Congrats. I've heard a lot of people trashing this color but I love it. Need more black accents though

I agree. That color would look even better with black accents and wheels.

Wow, is Dune really Tonka yellow? Or is it more orange in person than the pics show? Looks like I will be swinging by Ed Voyles tomorrow to have a look. Thanks for posting!

Colors not bad, with black accents this is a prime look for a military themed make up.

Reminds me of an old faded Tonka truck I had as a kid...which isn't necessarily a bad thing.

Thanks for the comments guys. I can't wait to get it. Dave, I ordered mine at Ed Voyles! They are the first around to get the color in so I think I snagged some of the first pictures right off the carrier.

For those wondering, it is not Tonka yellow it looks like a darker shade of Sahara tan in person. Like a khaki color, very military like as someone said above. It changes color depending on the lighting so it is hard to photograph. If this makes sense, I would call it a pastel/candy shell tan. It's pretty tough looking despite that description haha. I just ordered some gun smoke Lamin-X film for the side markers and turn signals as well as yellow for the fogs. So I'm starting the black accent themes early. Going to have to tint the glass windows too.
