Why is it that every thing I order from them is back ordered? Does anyone else have this problem? Their customer service doesn't seem to have an answer so maybe you all will?

 

I've ordered a couple of products from Quadratec and most of them have shipped right away. The first I had was right before Christmas.

Possibly the holidays just passed us??

 

must be the holidays , everytiime Iv'e ordered from them I got it an a couple of days hpoe you get your stuff soon , I hate waiting too

 

i usually try to avoid quadratec because there shipping seems to be crazy expensive and i can usually find everything they sell cheaper and get it faster

 

Probably the holidays, they're probably still hungover or on vacation

 

back order is a must in almost all my orders from quadratec and shipping is an arm and a leg.

 

90% of the items I've ordered or tried to order were backordered. I've even been told they had an item in stock over the phone, order, only to get an email saying its backordered, after my card has already been billed. Last time i disputed the charge with my credit card company(quadratec wouldn't refund it), and i crossed them off my list then. I only buy from Northridge now. No outrageous shipping quotes, best prices, items are in stock, and hands down the best customer service out there.

 

Yep.......QT is a joke. Ordered from them once......never again.

 

most of what i have ordered from the Q has been back ordered but then again most of what i have ordered from them has been odd ball stuff so no complaints there except for their crazy shipping prices. They are out to lunch.

 

I'm thinking that this will be my last order from them.
