I placed several different orders on June 20 through a couple different vendor to ensure the best price.... One of those vendors was Amazon.com....I received all of them except 1 piece from amazon.....

Btw this is for a 2012 JKU rubicon with auto and 4.10 mostly used in the mud. Tires are 35 12.50x17

July 6. So after working with amazon customer support for several days and hours. I have no lift. A refund.

I have never had an issue before, but this was a really bad experience..

I already have the following; shocks, exhaust spacer, wheel spacers, steering stabilizer, spare tire relocation bracket, tires.

Just needed a little time to vent... If you have suggestions please let me know....,

Had a mess with amazon 3 weeks ago also. I bought bestop hardtop cart, received it 4 days later after paying for overnight Saturday delivery, missing several pieces, they gave me a replacement and same shit, missing wheels and hardware, third time, again, go in touch with bestop and they said they would send me the replacement parts, never got anything from bestop, so I sent the garbage back for a refund. Wasn't amazons fault, the quality of packaging from bestop is crap, I will never purchase anything bestop after this experience.

 

Rebel or Northridge and never look back.

 

I had no problems ordering my rough country 3.5 inch lift. It came in 2 different boxes 2 days after I ordered it. u p s aped the box and two brake extension brackets fell out ...I had new ones in 2 days...it didn't slow my install since I used something to tide me over. Good kit and all inclusive.

 

I called Rancho directly and they were able to ship me the contents of box 2 with no issue. All they needed was a copy of my invoice. What a great customer service team they have at Rancho. Thanks to everyone for listening to my rant. I will be happy when I get my springs on Wednesday. I can finally start my JKUR transformation....

 

Hmmmm.... Ordered my 4" Rancho Sport lift from Amazon on 6-29 with standard shipping, they moved the ship date by a couple of days, no biggie, out for delivery today. Hope I find all the right parts and pieces when I get home.

I did order my exhaust pipe and shocks from Northridge, hasn't shipped yet due to backorder on the pipe.
