Btw this is for a 2012 JKU rubicon with auto and 4.10 mostly used in the mud. Tires are 35 12.50x17

June 20 - ordered 4" Rancho sport lift
Exhaust spacer
Front Rs9000 shocks
Tires and rear shocks ordered at this
times
June 27 - received exhaust spacer & front shocks
Received box 1 of 2 of lift (no cool
springs)
Tires and rear shocks received

June 27 - ordered replacement 4"rancho sport
Supposed to be 2 day delivery
July 3. Arrives July 3rd
Received box 1 of 2 of lift (no
cool springs)
July 3. Reordered 4" trail lift ( sport no longer in stock) ( same price foe the issues) with 1 day shipping
July 6. Arrived with box 1 of 2 ( no coil
springs)
July 6. So after working with amazon customer support for several days and hours. I have no lift. A refund.

I have never had an issue before, but this was a really bad experience..

I already have the following; shocks, exhaust spacer, wheel spacers, steering stabilizer, spare tire relocation bracket, tires.

Just needed a little time to vent... If you have suggestions please let me know....,

So you got everything but springs? Just buy some springs! What's your budget? You can get good springs up to 4" pretty easily. I just sold my set of 4 - 4.5" spring with shocks for $125. Brands vary on ride height so be sure to get 4 of the same brand at a minimum. My old 4.5" springs were less than 1" different than my new 6" springs.

I know this thread is about Amazon, but I don't buy off-road parts from them...

I second this ....

Buy from Forum sponsors. Their prices are as good as Amazon.com
I have not had good results from Amazon for Jeep parts.

Had similar troubles. Ordered the 4" life, 4 x 9000 shocks and the exhaust. 2 days later they canceled one of my rear shocks. Re-ordered through a third party seller on amazon and they gave me a shipping number from fedex before saying the box was damaged and canceled. Finally reordered through another site just in time for the rebate. Just picked up the lift kit from the freight company since its a hassle to get large shipments to your door at the base I live on. Tonight is parts inventory time.

Go with Northridge4x4 in the future if possible, Dave and Sean are awesome to deal with.
