Hi RAWAD,
I've spent most of my life travelling and done much of it in several Jeeps. I've lived and worked in 40 countries and driven my Jeeps several times round the globe. What kind of trip are you doing and what kind of terrain will you encounter?

Ahh, OK. Done a similar one from Stockholm to Tel Aviv and back several times. I did those trips in a CJ5 from the 70s. It was very basic.
You don't really need to do much. Make sure your tyres are up to scratch, give her a full service and make sure the fluids are all changed.
After that it's mostly about creature comforts. We didn't have Sat Nav back then but that will surely help you on such a trip. Make sure your mobile phone has roaming activated and get a few things that you think will help you out along the way. I always have a torch, fire extinguisher, Leatherman Wave, CB Radio (not essential on this kind of trip), hi-lift, air-compressor and a good wad of CDs.
You're going to be almost 100% on-road so no need for off-road mods.
Have a great trip! Add a few days onto your schedule for unexpected delays. There are almost always a few. Last time I did Sweden to Israel the boat from Athens to Haifa was delayed for a week due to bad weather. When it finally sailed it was the only one that did and we had one heck of a journey. Am still grateful to be alive.
If you let me know when you're arriving I'll try to meet up with you for a coffee. I live 30 mins from the West End of London. Just PM me and I'll give you my number and if you need any help with the Jeep when arriving I'll point you to the right people.
