My new Q9500is just quit! I cannot get it to retract the line after I used it for a small job. It was working fine, then started to intermittently respond to commands from the hand controller. I checked all the connections, retightened a loose power lead to the solenoid, got a few more intermittent responses, and now it will not respond at all. I noticed the connection for the hand controller allows for some longitudinal play even after being tightened to the end of the threads, after I got one intermittent response when I jiggled the connection. Are their internal connections in the solenoid housing that could also be loose?
