Yes it does have sipes, my friend with the same tires but slightly smaller ones hasn't had any problems with his so idk what wrong lol

If the tires are good, and the braking system is operating OK....

That leave only excessive speed on wet roads, in spite of what the thread title says.

I would try braking earlier then you would normally do on dry roads. Just have to adjust your driving for the conditions.

Well they have 42psi in em so that might be the problem.

On the tire it says 50 psi, cold

50psi is for max loading on a bigger truck. Drop them down to 32 for starters. Your JK doesn't have the weight to get the tires to flatten out and give you a decent contact patch.
