Well I know they aren't a sponsor....maybe that should be looked into, but I've dealt wuth Summit Racing Equipment for a LONG time, and they are top notch. They can get stuff from their Ohio warehouse to my Georgia doorstep in two days, and now they have a warehouse in Mcdonough, Georgia. They also have one somewhere out west...I forget where. I cannot brag on them enough. They will also price match, all you have to do is ask.

I ordered the BESTOP HOSS TOP CART and the box was missing everything but the rails. I've been waiting 4 weeks for them to send a replacement.

I haven't had a problem with them. I would like to hear a response from quadratec?

Uhm, I should consider myself lucky, all the items I bought were delivered on time....AEM's CAI, soft top boot, rear trailer hitch, hats, exhaust tip....but all this was a few months back, maybe they can't keep up with the "accessories" for the JK's as there are more and more ppl owning them....

One thing to remember, with any vendor, is that the JK is a new vehicle. Many of the Mfgs were not at full production at the time the catalog was printed, and they have to rely on the Mfg to get these pieces into production.
As far as freight, gas is $4 a gallon, you can't just eat freight like you used to a couple of years ago, it is an expensive part of the eqation now. My company has recently gone to the charge freight by the $ amount camp..It does not go over too well, but when you figure it by the pound, it is not really that far off. sometimes you get a better deal, sometimes not. And you have to remember that they have to charge for packing materials, and labor, so they have to build that into the freight also.
Now, with all that being said, I bought some stuff from Quadratec...pleased with that part of the transaction, but I recieved a part for Christmas that I needed to return. Sent it back with the little return form, heard nothing for a few weeks. I sent an e-mail..they said they did not get it, sent tracking, heard nothing, sent another e-mail, was told that because I did not buy it, and had no reciept I could not return it (Why is there a check box for "recieved as gift"?).
So I try not to buy from them anymore (over a $20 part)
Just my $000,000,000.02

Ordered KC Lights from them last week. Took 3 days to get here. Not too bad.
They were $50.00 cheaper than Northridge.

I only order from them because the shipping is cheap, they are only like 50miles away from me.

But i do think that they should add the little "In Stock" "Out of Stock" images to their web site. Would make it a lot easier for people.

I had the same issue with 4wd, when i ordered from them, and didn't get my shit till about a month later, because they didn't have the winch in stock, and refused to send other stuff i ordered with out winch.

as for the in stock, out of stock thing.....does not bother me a bit. I can pick up the phone and find out if it is in stock, and they will price match too.

The company I work for just installed a software package to control instock and out of stock.....the cost was over $250k and our inventory is way less than that of Quadratec...I don't want that price added to my my mods and Quadratec or anybody for that matter is not gonna eat a cost like that, it would be passed on.

Quadratec has been great for me, I have placed over 15 orders with them and recieved each of them the next day, of course I accept the responsability of calling to check stock. I guess I coul be lazy and just order via the web, but I want it when I order it.
