anythings better than northridge. still waiting for missing parts for over a month.

Are you serious? We have gone over this so many times but you just like to go around and bad mouth us for no reason. Your issue is not with us.

I can understand the frustration.

Vendor 1 has money

Customer 1 has incorrect part

Vendor 1 expects customer 1 to contact supplier to get correct part.

Not exactly the best scenario.

Kinda like Wendys selling a bad burger and telling the customer to call the rancher to get a new patty.

That is not how it is. Vendor as in Northridge contacted Superlift and had them ship new parts out, customer stated they had the wrong part and to this day customer has not contacted us at all over the phone just using this website to bad mouth us and expect us to get it fixed. Sorry posting on line that we suck is not going to get us to jump up and come to the rescue. The phone works miracles.

Oh yeah we are talking about a bushing for a Superlift stabilizer that he has on the jeep right now.

Amen to that!

You can't expect a vendor to help you out if you won't even communicate with them! That goes for all of them, not just Northridge-- although, for the record, I rarely encounter customer service as impeccable as David's.

I ordered a set of Comp. Adj. Fox Racing shocks from Northridge about a month ago. He special ordered them from Fox I think. When I got them they were not Comp. Adj, so I called David. Not only did he take care of it, I had the right shocks in two days. He paid the difference and I sent him the originals, which will probably sit on his shelf. I smell a skunk, cause he will defintely take care of you!

Sorry, thats just the impression that I got from the previous postings on the issue.

Of course there is always more to the story and didn't mean to stick my nose in where it don't belong.

I just ordered a K and N and Rugged ridge seat covers. Took over a month for them to be in stock. That kinda pissed me off a bit but whatever. Being the UPS guy in Golden I got to deliver it to myself, but I am not sure if I want to accept it. On the Billing info on the 1 box that I have it says the seat covers were shipped seperate. But the 1 box that I have has two tracking numbers. one says 1of 2 the other says 2 of 2. So I think my air filter is floating around somewhere with no tracking number or label. Anyone ever seen this before? I have been the UPS guy in town for almost a year and have never come across this.

It never hurts to call the vendor when placing an order. I called Northridge to order a Black Diamond BB and David told me they were taking a month to ship. I asked about a RE BB and he said it will ship in 24 hours. I placed the order for the RE and got an email with a UPS tracking number the next day.
