I was just wondering if this is typical of Quadratec.

This is my first time buying from them, i purchased my mastercraft grab handles yesterday morning, and paid for standard shipping. Those bad boys got shipped yesterday and will be in my possession in a couple hours! Less than 24 hours for standard shipping! pretty freakin awesome.

Hopefully the order is right, if it is, i imagine they'll be gettin my business.

 

I've ordered from them twice and I can't say I'm overly impressed. They said the 1st single part order would ship same day but shipped 3 days later.

The 2nd order had two products and they shipped one part out the same day and made no mention of back ordering the 2nd part. The 2nd part showed up about 4-5 days behind the 1st part.

Also, their UPS shipping is outrageous IMO. They charged me $20 for something I could have shipped back to them for $9 and I only ship about $500 per week (shipping costs) with UPS and there's now way in hell they aren't on a much better discount structure than I am. At least lie to me on the invoice and call it shipping and handling....

 

I am a state away and about 2-3 hour drive ground = next day from ship. use them frequently VERY HAPPY

 

they have a warehouse in pa so if your close to pennsylvania stuff usually comes in 1-2 days

 

I've bought stuff and had it here in FL in three days. Now given I paid for 3-day shipping that's not that extravagant of a claim, but their cost wasn't bad at all. $20 to have $110 in parts shipped in three days.

 

Never had a problem with them, like the others above they are just a couple hours away so my stuff gets here fast....

 

They carry a lot of stock, I think there was only one item I called about that they didn't have. I usually swing by and pick it up so I get my stuff in about 45 minutes afterI order it.

 

I have never waited longer than a day to get my stuff, even over a weekend. It helps living a state away

 

I order stuff from them just so they'll keep sending me Jeep Porn!(still waiting for Summer Issue)

 

i got them in less than 24 hours, not bad at all. will be using them more often... this is not good for my wallet haha
