Every time I have ordered from Quadratec I have gotten the product the next day if they have it in stock. It is great that they are so close. As a comparison, stuff I have ordered from Northridge 4x4 usually takes a week.

I have no complaints with either Quadratec or Northridge. I do like the fact that David at Northridge is the one answering your questions and you will get consistent answers, whereas at Quadratec, it is the luck of the draw on which operator you get. But both have been great in customer service and prompt delivery. Both are controlled by supply and demand. I give both a big .

Use Quad quite frequently just because of the shipping time frame. here in Delaware if i call prior to Noon. i have it the next day. and i love it! However, i do not like the Tire surcharge.

Even living in Canada I got my stuff from them in 3 days on one order and 5 on another. I couldn't believe how fast the stuff got here. From my experience with online purchases for my Jeep, Quadratec is bar none the best. And like Northridge said, Location Location Location... although I am only 5 hours away and it took 2 weeks for shipping from there.. Who knows, i'm no carrier pigeon.

I would have to agree with RATM. Being out west, I have waited 7 days for most items. Another thing I don't like is I am never told if they are going to backorder or not, and I end up waiting for items that I assumed were in stock. I ask them now on everything I buy to check the supplier inventory prior to placing the order...

I hate that they don't tell you if they have something in stock on their website. I have ordered before only to find out that my order is on backorder.

Also recently (yesterday) had a bad experience with them on a bumper order. I wrote it in another post here.

I have been buying from them for years. I only live a few hours away in Maryland and yes, I order it on Monday, I get it on Tuesday.
