Count me in the minority I guess, I have had multiple bad issues with quadratec orders. This includes backordered issues, shipping issues, and improper billing issues. I have waited on the phone for hours trying to get some of these corrected. I refuse to shop there anymore. Northridge4x4 for me, or another online vendor.

 

I'm curious to hear the story. I've had mixed results with basically all of the online vendors, but typically go with quadratec or 4wd.com since their warehouses can get stuff to me in 1-2 days with ground shipping. I haven't had an experience bad enough to write one of them off yet, though there have been some hiccups.
