I have had no issues with Q'tec...shipping is fast, but a little pricey. I think their website is one of the best in terms of ease of navigation and available inventory. They have never charged me for anything or shipped an incomplete order. That being said, spill it!

I bought from them a couple of times but wasn't too thrilled with the customer service leading to the purchase (not very friendly or eager to answer my questions about the product)

I'll agree with that. Their website is by far the most user friendly that I have come across for offroad parts. However, their higher prices and spotty customer service forced me to look beyond pretty graphics and go elsewhere. I have been extremely happy with Northridge and the customer service is top notch.

I recently had an issue with Quadratec as well. I do have to say they resolved it very quickly and did right by me. I do have to say though I have only ordered from Quadratec. I think my next order is gonna go through another forum sponsor just see what else is out there in respect to the customer service aspect of the order.
