Default Quadratec vs Northridge vs 4WD Hardware?

Taking everything in consideration. Customer service, selection, price, shipping, etc... I was curious what everyones thoughts were.

I used to be only quadratec. Now I use mostly dave at northridge. If dave doesn't have something then I get it from quadratec and I pm their rep on here for free shipping :-)

Yeah, I didn't believe it either. But I PMed Quadratec and sure enough they dropped the shipping charges (even the shipping for a freight item) and gave me a small discount on top of that. At least for the items I was ordering they turned out to be slightly cheaper than Northridge.

I have used all three and find that no matter who I have bought from, if they have it in stock, it gets to me quickly. I go with whoever gives me the best deal on what I am looking for.

Default Northridge Preferred

I use Dave @ Northridge because of CS and Free Shipping. I have used QTEC many times but was a little annoyed my last encounter when I ordered an item online and it was on back order (should have noted it). I had to call and get a like item...would have preferred the item I wanted! Both good but prefer NR because of the beenies!

I normally buy from Quadratec, they usually have what I want in stock and I have always had great customer service from them. I also prefer to buy locally and they are only a 1/2 hour from the house. I have mostly good experiences with 4WD hardware but have also had a couple of not so good ones, I have never ordered from Northridge.

David @ northridge and Bryan (bustabizz) are both great to buy from, I've never had a problem with either of them. Qtec i have no idea about. David has good deals and free shipping, but if i order form bustabizz i gotta pay sales tax but most items are here next day due to living relatively close to warehouse. Both are top notch guys!!!

All are great but it seems like a lot of new people get hooked on the Quadratec porn catalogs and end up buying a lot from them then through the forum see there are other great vendors out there as well and find David (Northridge4x4) and Bryan (Bustabizz - 4wd) and start getting good deals from them as well. Can't say enough about both of those guys and usually one of them is able to come through for me in a pinch!

I have ordered from all three mentioned. I start with Northridge because the service can't be beat. If David don't have it I go to Qtec or 4wd depending on price. Only issue I ever had was with 4wd when they miss picked an order but they quickly shipped out the correct item.
